Target Audience: Social workers whose objective is to complete an ethics course based on the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics and related ethical standards. This course does not cover state-specific laws.
Course Description: This course is based on the current version of the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics that was revised in 2018 which addresses the purpose of the NASW Code of Ethics, the ethical principles, and the ethical standards. In addition, this course includes the NASW Standards for Clinical Social Work in Social Work Practice, NASW Standards and Indicators for Cultural Competence in Social Work Practice, and the NASW Best Practice Standards in Social Work Supervision.

Dr. Bonner is an Associate Dean at Salem State University.
Reinaldo Cardona is the Executive Director of NASW, New York State Chapter. He received an MSSW from Columbia University. He is an adjunct instructor at the University at Albany teaching both micro and macro social work practice courses. He had previously worked at the New York State Department of Social Services as the Director of the Bureau of Employment Programs and the Assistant Commissioner for the Neighborhood Based Alliance.
Dr. Randall is the Director of the Grace Abbott School of Social Work and an Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Grace Abbott School of Social Work. She received her MSW and PhD from the University of Nebraska.

CEmobile, LLC is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0454.
The Education Law and Commissioner’s Regulations allow a LMSW or LCSW to complete no more than one-third of the required hours as self-study in each registration period. This would translate to a limit of 12 hours for a typical 36-month registration period.
A New York State LMSW or LCSW is responsible for complying with New York laws, rules and regulations.
This course does not qualify for NBCC credit.
