Psychologists

Substance Abuse Detection and Treatment (15 clock hours): For psychologists, the substance abuse detection and treatment course must be taken at an accredited or approved educational institution (e.g., university).

MFTs

* California Law and Ethics for Marriage and Family Therapists (12 clock hours): This course offered by CEmobile, LLC meets the 12-hour course requirement for candidates who have failed the California Law and Ethics Exam for MFTs and who must complete this course to retake the exam.

Spousal/Partner Abuse Detection and Intervention: Fifteen clock hours are required for those who began their degree program on or after January 1, 2004. (There are no hour requirements for those who began their degree program from January 1, 1995, through December 31, 2003.) Applicants who graduated outside of California and need to take this course can take the Spousal/Partner Abuse Detection and Intervention course offered by CEmobile, LLC for 15 clock hours.

Alcoholism and Chemical Substance Abuse Dependency (15 clock hours): Applicants who graduated outside of California and need to take this course can take the Alcoholism and Chemical Substance Abuse Dependency course offered by CEmobile, LLC for 15 clock hours.

LCSWs

* California Law and Ethics for Social Workers (12 clock hours): This course offered by CEmobile, LLC meets the 12-hour course requirement for candidates who have failed the California Law and Ethics Exam for LCSWs and who must complete this course to retake the exam.

LPCCs

* California Law and Ethics for Professional Counselors (12 clock hours): This course offered by CEmobile, LLC meets the 12-hour course requirement for candidates who have failed the California Law and Ethics Exam for LPCCs and who must complete this course to retake the exam.
